What is the procedure to change my digital banking package to Diamond 50?

Conditions for using the Diamond 50 transaction limit package:

• Customers must be Priority Banking members at the Diamond tier or above and Potential Priority customers, including: Staff Band 8-9 and MSB EXCO members.
• Customers must sign the Commitment Form for using the high-limit service package.
• Customers must use a phone number registered under their own name.
• Customers must visit the branch counter directly to register.
• MSB will proactively adjust the transaction limit to a lower level if the customer no longer meets the eligibility requirements for using the package according to regulations (reverting to the previous IB/MB package before the change, and periodically sending email/notification at the end of each quarter to inform customers).

Note: The Diamond 50 limit package applies only to transactions conducted via Mobile Banking.
