1. SCOPE OF AMENDMENT

This document serves to amend and supplement certain articles of the Promotion Program for Individual Customers who are New to Bank (NTB) for the 2025-2026 period, specifically focusing on customers participating in investment and wealth products for the first time.

2. AMENDED CONTENT

2.1. Extension of Program Duration

  • Old duration: From January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.

  • New duration: From January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2026.

2.2. Updated Incentive Structure for First-Time Participants

The reward structure for eligible customers is updated as follows:

3. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Customers must be identified as New to Bank (NTB) within the program period.

  • Customers have not incurred any transactions in the “Wealth Product” group (Savings, CD, Bonds, Fund Certificates) at MSB prior to the program’s effective date.

  • Each customer is eligible for a one-time reward for their first transaction during the program period.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • All other terms and conditions specified in the original program announcement remain unchanged unless explicitly modified by this document.

  • MSB reserves the right to terminate the program early if the promotional budget is fully utilized before the end of the specified duration.

  • In case of any disputes, MSB’s decision shall be final and binding, in accordance with the law.

5. EFFECTIVE DATE

These amendments and supplements take effect from January 1, 2026, and are an integral part of the overall “NTB 2025, 2026” campaign.
