- Step 1: Log in to the MSB mBank application → Select Card Services.
- Step 2: Select the card you want to lock → Choose Lock Card → Select the reason for locking the card.
- Step 3: Select Confirm and enter your Soft Token PIN authentication code to complete the card lock process.
