How can I authenticate transactions using Soft Token?

If you are currently using another authentication method and would like to switch to Soft Token, please follow the steps below:

• Step 1: Log in to the MSB mBank application.
• Step 2: Select Settings (in the bottom-right corner of the screen) and open Transaction Authentication Settings.
• Step 3: Enable Soft Token authentication by switching the toggle button to the right.
• Step 4: The system will send an OTP code to your registered mobile phone number for confirmation.
