How can I request a replacement credit card after my card has been blocked?

To request a credit card replacement, you may choose one of the following methods:
1. Request a replacement via the MSB mBank application
Log in to the MSB mBank application. Select Card Services. Choose Apply for Card Online. Select Credit Card Replacement. Choose the type of card you wish to have reissued and follow the instructions.
2. Contact the MSB Customer Service Center via online channels

3. Visit an MSB Branch/Transaction Office

• Bring your ID card or Citizen ID card.
