I have paid my credit card outstanding balance but it has not been recorded yet. What should I do?
12/02/2026If you have paid your credit card outstanding balance but the payment has not yet been recorded, please follow the steps below:
1. If the payment was made from an MSB account
– Please contact the MSB Customer Service Hotline to check the transaction status and request a transaction inquiry if necessary.
– The maximum inquiry processing time is up to 3 working days, in accordance with MSB regulations.
2. If the payment was made from an account at another bank
– Please contact the MSB Customer Service Hotline and provide the following information: Source account number used for the credit card payment; Name of the bank managing the source account. This will allow MSB to verify the transaction status.
– The maximum inquiry processing time is up to 4 working days, according to regulations.
Note: While waiting for the inquiry result, please consider making the payment through another method to avoid late payment interest and fees on your credit card.
