What should I do if my card is lost, suspected to be misused, or if I want to temporarily block the card?

If your card is lost, suspected to be misused, or you wish to temporarily block your card, you may proceed as follows:
1. Block the card via the MSB mBank app
Step 1: Log in to the MSB mBank app and select the Card Services icon.
Step 2: Choose the card you want to block, then select Block Card and choose the reason for blocking.
Step 3: Confirm your request and enter the Soft Token PIN authentication code to complete the card blocking process.
2. Contact the MSB Hotline
Step 1: Call 1900 6083 immediately.
Step 2: Connect with a customer service representative for assistance with card blocking and security guidance.
3. Block the card via the automated hotline (IVR)
Call 1900 6083, press 1, and follow the instructions to block your card via the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system.
4. Visit the nearest MSB Branch/Transaction Office
Notes:
– After blocking the card, if you detect any suspicious transactions, please submit a dispute request as soon as possible.
– You may request the issuance of a replacement card after successfully blocking the current card.
