How can I redeem reward points on my credit card?

To redeem reward points accumulated on your MSB credit card, please follow the instructions below depending on the type of card you are using:
1. For Mastercard Family & World Elite cards
– Log in to the MSB mBank application.
– Select Card Services.
– Choose your Mastercard Family / World Elite card number.
– Select Loyalty.
– Choose the cashback value and review the Terms & Conditions (T&C).
– Select Redeem Now to complete the redemption.
2. For other credit cards
– Download the MSB Plus application (if you have not installed it yet), or log in to MSB mBank and select MSB Plus.
– If you log in through MSB Plus, please follow these steps: Log in using your card number and CVV code (on the back of the card) or your Citizen ID card.
– Select Credit Card Loyalty.
– Select Choose Card.
– Select Redeem Now → Confirm to complete the redemption.
Note: The cashback processing time may take up to 15 working days from the date the reward points are successfully redeemed.
