10.1.Time, location, method of determining winners and method of prize payment:
- After the customer meets the conditions to receive the promotion, the MSB system will send a 16-digit E-voucher code and a 6-digit PIN to activate the E-voucher on the Urbox application to the customer (via notification on the customer’s MSB mBank application and/or other notification methods suitable for the MSB system).
- Prize payment time: No later than 45 days from the end of the program.
- Customers enter the E-voucher code and PIN provided on the Urbox application to use electronic gift vouchers from major brands nationwide. Including supermarkets, restaurants, convenience stores, fashion, electronics, cafes, mother and baby stores…10.2. Contents related to the use of promotional gifts:Not redeemable for cash, no change given, valid for one-time use only.
E-vouchers have an expiration date as announced by MSB when MSB sends the E-voucher code to the customer.
