5. Participants: Priority customers included in the priority customer category who receive notification from MSB
6. Program Content
– Priority customers will receive a +0.3% interest rate bonus when depositing money online via the Mobile app with 2 products: Highest Interest Rate Online Deposit & Online partial principal withdrawal deposit, 1-month term, maximum amount of VND 500 million.
– Conditions for receiving the offer: Customers must maintain a minimum deposit balance of VND 200 million in their payment account for at least 6 consecutive days.
– Offer application period: Maximum 7 days after the customer receives notification that they meet the conditions for receiving the offer.
– The offer is applied simultaneously with other interest rate bonus programs based on the customer’s current tier, ensuring that the final interest rate received does not exceed the State Bank’s deposit interest rate ceiling.
7. General Terms and Conditions of the Promotion Program:
7.1. MSB’s Responsibilities and Rights:
a) MSB’s Responsibilities: To implement the promotional program in accordance with the published content and legal regulations.
b) MSB’s Rights:
– MSB’s decisions on matters related to this promotional program are final and binding on the Customer, except as otherwise stipulated by law.
– In the event that any individual engages in fraudulent or deceptive behavior to obtain the results of this promotional program, MSB has the full right to refuse to award the prize and require the Customer to compensate (if any) in accordance with the law.
– To ensure the transparency of the promotional program, MSB has the right to publish information and images of eligible Customers in accordance with legal regulations.
– Any questions or complaints related to the promotional program must be submitted by the Customer to MSB within 45 days from the end of the program. MSB will not be responsible for handling or resolving any complaints or inquiries from customers arising after this time.
– In cases where multiple customers meet the eligibility criteria for the promotion and exceed the program’s gift quantity, MSB will select customers to award prizes in the order of those who opened their payment accounts earlier. In cases of same account opening time, the earlier transaction time will be considered.
– If, due to force majeure reasons beyond MSB’s control as stipulated by law, the promotional program cannot proceed as planned, MSB may (within the scope permitted by law) cancel, terminate, change, or postpone part or all of the promotional program after obtaining the consent of the competent authority or in accordance with current laws.
7.2. Customer’s Responsibilities and Rights:
a) Customer’s Responsibilities:
– Customers are fully responsible for the use of the received gifts.
b) Customer’s Rights:
– Customers have the full right to use the gifts for personal purposes.
– Customers agree to allow MSB to use their images and information related to this promotional program in MSB’s communication and advertising activities and/or to widely publicize them in accordance with the law.
– By participating in this promotional program, customers acknowledge that they have known and accepted all the terms and conditions of this program and any amendments (if any).
– MSB respectfully announces and commits to implementing and taking full responsibility for the above-mentioned promotional programs in accordance with current laws.
