Customers are individuals who simultaneously satisfy the following conditions:

• Have a Vietnamese Dong payment account in normal working order and are using MSB’s electronic banking services on the application Use MSB mBank.

  Receive a notification inviting you to participate in this promotion, including but not limited to through the MSB mBank application and/or through other contact channels such as: Email, Zalo, etc.

  Make at least 01 (one) successful transaction to purchase MSB certificate of deposit products with a minimum value of VND 11,000,000 (Eleven million dong) on ​​the MSB mBank application during the promotion period.

  Details about the E-voucher that is the prize of this promotion:

    Applicable locations: Applicable to Hatoyama restaurants listed in the attached Terms and Conditions.

    Cannot be combined with other promotions.

    Cannot be combined with membership benefits.

    Customers must present a valid E-voucher when paying the bill at Hatoyama restaurants. E-vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and non-refundable to customers.

    E-voucher validity period: Valid until June 30, 2026.

    Reward payment time and method:

    Reward payment method: Customers who meet the conditions for receiving the promotion as stipulated in Section 8 of these Terms and Conditions will receive an E-voucher code from MSB, including but not limited to the MSB mBank application and/or other contact channels such as email, Zalo, etc.

    Reward payment time: Maximum 7 days from the date the customer meets the conditions for receiving the promotion as stipulated in Section 8 of these Terms and Conditions.
