Rules and Regulations for the “Transact with your MSB account – Receive a Free Evoucher” program.

- Promotion Area (Scope): Nationwide.
- Promotion Method:Giving away goods or providing services free of charge, accompanied by the sale of goods or services.
- Promotion Period Promotion: From September 22, 2025 to December 31, 2025, or until the promotion budget is exhausted, whichever comes first, and MSB does not need to give prior notice.
Promotional goods and services: Payment accounts opened at MSB
Goods and services used for promotion: E-vouchers are discount codes from Phe La.
Target customers of the promotion program (eligible customers):
Individual customers who have successfully opened a payment account at MSB and entered the referral code PHELA01 through the MSB mBank application before the promotion period; and
- Receive notifications about this promotion from MSB via Zalo, SMS, Email or the MSB mBank app.

- Detailed content of the promotion:
- After the customer meets the conditions for receiving the promotion, the MSB system will send a discount code (via the MSB application) (mBank or other suitable service within MSB’s system) will send the E-voucher to the Customer, no later than 45 days from the end of the program. Customers can use the E-voucher when purchasing/using products and services at Phê La stores.
Priority will be given to customers who meet the promotion eligibility requirements earlier.
Each eligible customer is only entitled to receive 01 (one) E-voucher during the entire promotion period.
10.2. Information regarding E-voucher usage:
- Only applicable when customers purchase products, goods, or use services directly at Phê La’s store system.
- Multiple E-vouchers cannot be combined on one invoice.
- Not applicable in conjunction with other promotions and member tier discounts on the Phê La app.
- Not applicable to delivery partners (GrabFood, ShopeeFood, BeFood,…) and when ordering via Phê La’s Fanpage/Hotline.
- Not redeemable for cash, no change will be given, valid for one-time use only.
- Expired E-vouchers or those marked “Used” will not be accepted.
- The E-voucher’s validity period will be announced by MSB when MSB sends the code. E-voucher for Customers.
- Responsibilities and Rights of the Parties in the Promotion Program:
11.1. Responsibilities and Rights of MSB:
- Implement the Promotion Program in accordance with the published content and in accordance with current legal regulations.
- Publicly announce information about the Promotion Program as required.
- Ensure full rights of Customers who have participated in the Promotion Program.
- MSB’s decision on matters related to this Promotion Program is final and binding on the Customer.
Customers who meet the criteria in Section 8 of these Terms and Conditions will receive the following rewards:
