- Promotion Method:Giving away goods or providing services free of charge with accompanying conditions Selling goods, providing services.
Promotion period: From September 22, 2025 to September 27, 2025, or until the promotional gift quantity is used up, whichever comes first, and MSB does not need to give prior notice.
Goods and services included in the promotion: Payment accounts opened at MSB.
Goods and services used for promotion: E-vouchers are discount codes of SVN Restaurant Chain Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as “SVN”).
- Customers of the Promotion Program (eligible participants):
Customers who are individuals who have downloaded the MSB mBank app during the promotion period, successfully opened a payment account on the MSB mBank app, and entered the referral code “DOY” or “DOS”. Subsequently, the Customer must make at least one active transaction (Debit or Credit) with a minimum value of VND 50,000 or more during the promotional period.
- Prize structure (prize content, prize value, number of prizes):
Customers who meet the eligibility criteria in Section 8 of these Terms and Conditions will receive 01 (one) E-voucher for a discount or free service when using products and services at SVN’s business locations. Details are as follows:

9.1. Time, location, method of determining winners and method of prize payment::
- MSB system will send E-vouchers (via the MSB mBank application or other methods suitable for MSB’s system) to eligible customers, no later than 03 (three) days from the end of the program.
9.2. Information regarding the use of E-vouchers:
- Applicable only to customers purchasing products, goods, or using services directly at the stores specified in Appendix 01 of these Terms and Conditions.
- Multiple E-vouchers cannot be combined on one invoice.
- Not applicable in conjunction with other promotions and membership discount programs (if any) on the SVN partner application.
- Not redeemable for cash, no change will be given, valid for one-time use only.
- Expired E-vouchers or those marked “Used” will not be accepted.
- The E-voucher’s validity period will be announced by MSB when MSB sends the E-voucher code to the customer, but no later than the date September 30, 2025.
- Other terms and conditions as stipulated by the partner regarding the use of e-Vouchers.
