Terms and conditions of the “Open an MSB account and receive special offers” promotion.

3. Promotion area (scope): Nationwide.

4. Form of promotion: Giving away goods and services free of charge in conjunction with the sale of goods and provision of services.

5. Promotion Period: From September 20, 2025 to October 22, 2025, or until the number of gifts (E-vouchers) specified in Section 9 of these Terms and Conditions runs out, whichever comes first, and MSB does not need to give prior notice.

8. Customers of the Promotion (eligible participants):
Customers are individuals who meet the following conditions:
– Received a notification inviting them to participate in this promotion, including but not limited to through the MSB mBank application and/or through other customer contact channels such as email, Zalo, etc.
– Customers who do not have a payment account at MSB at the time of the promotion and successfully open a payment account at MSB on the MSB mBank application through the program’s link during the promotion period.

9. Prize structure:
a. E-voucher applicable at Le Monde Steak restaurant chain:
– This E-voucher offers a 25% discount on one Steak Diane or Steak Au Poirve portion (price before VAT), not cumulative at Le Monde Steak restaurants.
– Applicable locations: Valid at all Le Monde Steak restaurants nationwide.
– Only applicable for dine-in customers.
– Only applicable to à la carte menu and full-price combos.
– Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, including partner discount vouchers; cash vouchers, and value-added vouchers from other partner restaurants of the chain.
– Cannot be split into multiple bills, combined, or exchanged for cash.
– The E-voucher discount and VAT invoice requirements (if any) must be notified before payment. Not applicable if the invoice has already been printed/exported from the system.
– Total number of prizes: 100 E-vouchers.
– E-voucher validity period: Applicable every day from Monday to Sunday until October 31, 2025, and not applicable on holidays.

b. E-voucher applicable at Yakimono restaurant chain:
– This E-voucher offers 1 free buffet meal for a group of 4 people (pay for 3, get 4) when customers use Tanuki, Neko, or Takara buffets. The E-voucher can be applied cumulatively (2 free buffet meals for a group of 8, 3 free meals for a group of 12, etc.).
– Applicable locations: Applicable at all Yakimono restaurants nationwide.
– Not applicable in conjunction with other offers, including partner discount vouchers; Cash discount vouchers and value-added vouchers from other partner restaurants in the chain.
– Cannot be split, combined, or redeemed for cash.
– Discounted e-vouchers and requests for VAT invoices (if applicable) must be notified before payment. Not applicable if the invoice has already been printed/issued from the system.
– Total number of prizes: 150 E-vouchers.
– E-voucher validity period: Applicable from Monday to Friday until October 31, 2025, and not applicable on public holidays.

c. E-voucher applicable at Shangchi restaurant chain
– This E-voucher offers a free buffet meal for groups of 4 people (pay for 3, get 4) when customers use the 249,000 VND and 299,000 VND buffet options.
– Applicable locations: Valid at all Shangchi restaurants nationwide.
– Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, including partner discount vouchers; cash discount vouchers, and cash vouchers from other partner restaurants in the chain.
– Cannot be split into multiple bills, combined, or exchanged for cash.
– The E-voucher offer and VAT invoice requirements (if any) must be notified before payment. Not applicable if the invoice has already been printed/exported from the system.
– Total number of prizes: 250 E-vouchers.
– E-voucher validity period: Applicable from Monday to Friday every week until October 31, 2025 and not applicable on holidays.

d. E-voucher applicable at Ssamjang restaurant chain
– This is an E-voucher offering a 16% discount on the food menu for a group of 3 people (price before VAT), applicable to customers dining in at the restaurant and applicable to full-priced food menus and combos.
– Applicable locations: Applicable at all Ssamjang restaurants nationwide.
