Terms and conditions of the promotional program “MSB X BAC GIANG CLEAN WATER: OPEN AN ACCOUNT, RECEIVE A GIFT IMMEDIATELY”

Promotion period:From September 10, 2025 to December 31, 2025, or until the promotion budget runs out (whichever comes first).

2. Applicable area: Nationwide.

3. Applicable to:

Individual customers who open a new payment account at MSB and meet the following conditions:

• Have never had a payment account at MSB up to the time of the promotion.
• Newly opened accounts must include a referral code from Bac Giang Clean Water Joint Stock Company (BGW).

4. Prize Structure:

• Prize: A voucher for a refund of your water bill worth 30,000 VND (including VAT).
• Quantity: 14,000 Solution.

Reward Payment Time: No later than day T+3 (T is the day the customer fulfills the conditions to receive the offer).

How to Use: Customers enter the voucher code when paying their water bill on the MSB Mobile Banking application. After a successful transaction, MSB will refund the voucher value to the corresponding payment account.

Expiration date: Maximum 60 days from the date the customer receives the voucher.

5. Detailed content:

• Customers must meet all conditions according to Section 3 & 4.
• The payment and debit account number is considered valid when the customer receives a confirmation notification from MSB.
• Customers are only allowed to participate in one promotional program for opening a payment account through the MSB mBank application.
• In cases where multiple customers qualify while the promotional budget is limited, MSB will award prizes in the order of earliest eligible customers.
