TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION PROGRAM “Open a payment account on MSB mBank application to receive M-points”
15/05/2025- Promotion Program (CTKM) Name: “Open a payment account on MSB mBank application to receive M-points”.
- Promotional Goods and Services: Payment accounts opened at MSB.
- Promotion Period: From May 15, 2025, to the end of December 31, 2025, or until the promotion budget specified in Section 8 of these Terms and Conditions is exhausted, whichever comes first, and MSB is not required to provide prior notice.
- Promotion Area (scope): Nationwide.
- Promotion Type: Providing services free of charge in connection with the sale of goods and provision of services.
- Promotion Program Customers (Eligible beneficiaries):
Customers who are individuals opening a new payment account at MSB during the promotion period (excluding customers opening accounts at transaction counters, through branch sales staff, or through the branch collaborator channel) and successfully completing the tasks specified in Section 8 of these Terms and Conditions.
- Goods and Services used for Promotion: MSB M-points. M-point is a reward point granted by MSB to customers with a conversion rate of 01 M-point = 1 VND.
- Prize Structure (Prize content, prize value, quantity of prizes):
Customers under the eligible group specified in Section 6 of these Terms and Conditions must complete the following tasks:

(*) T1 is the date the Customer is recorded by MSB as having successfully opened a payment account.
(**) Month of account opening is the calendar month (from the 1st to the end of the last day of the month) in which the customer opens the account. The average balance is calculated from the 1st to the end of the month, regardless of the account opening date. Average balance is the total account balance for the month divided by the number of days in the month.
Example: If the account is opened on the 15th, to achieve an average balance of VND 1 million, the balance from the 15th to the end of the month needs to be maintained at a minimum of VND 2 million.
