Starting from February 24, 2025, MSB Rewards – MSB’s point accrual and gift redemption program has officially launched. This program honors our loyal customers, allowing you to accumulate reward points from banking transactions and redeem them for thousands of attractive gifts.

Eligible Customers

The program is open to individual MSB customers nationwide who meet the following conditions:

(i) Identified as M-First, Upper Emerald, Emerald, or Standard customers according to MSB’s regulations from time to time;

(ii) Registered for and using MSB’s Digital Banking services (does not apply to customers using the Inquiry Package);

(iii) Utilizing MSB products and services as specified in the attached program terms and conditions.
