If I only have a VND account at MSB, can I receive USD transferred from overseas?
14/03/2026Yes. If the remittance is sent in USD while the customer only has a VND account, the customer will need to visit an MSB branch to sign a foreign exchange purchase/sale agreement so that MSB can convert the funds from USD to VND before crediting the VND account.
