MSB Welcomes the 2025 Management Trainees
23/10/2025On October 23, 2025, at ROX Tower, an atmosphere filled with pride and excitement marked the official Welcome Ceremony for MSB Management Trainees 2025 (MT). The event celebrated the beginning of a new journey for nearly 30 outstanding young talents, selected from more than 3,500 applicants after nearly six months of rigorous recruitment across Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Leadership Messages to the Next Generation
Opening the ceremony, Nguyen Hoang Linh, CEO of MSB, shared insights about the bank’s development strategy and his own inspiring journey:
“I began my journey at MSB as an employee—given challenges, empowered with responsibility and trusted to grow step by step. Today, I stand here as the CEO of MSB. The bank has given me opportunities, trust and motivation, and I hope to pass those values on to you—the next generation of talented leaders. I believe MSB will always be a strong launchpad for young people who aspire to break through and succeed.”

Following his remarks, Nguyen Ngoc Cuong, Chief Human Resources Officer, emphasized MSB’s people-centered talent development strategy:
“At MSB, we run the ‘Leading the Way’ program for senior executives and the ‘Great Leaders’ program for future senior leaders. Today, you—the Management Trainees—represent the next generation of mid-level leaders who will help MSB realize its growth ambitions in a new era.”
Nguyen Thi Kieu Van, Director of Talent Management, also shared inspiring insights about the MT program’s development journey. Over two years, management trainees will have opportunities to gain practical experience, develop their skills and grow professionally, supported by competitive compensation and benefits.
A Promising Beginning
The ceremony became even more vibrant as the management trainees confidently introduced themselves, sharing their universities and the business divisions they will work with over the next two years. Their enthusiasm, confidence and determination reflected the strong potential of a new generation of leaders ready to grow with MSB.
A memorable highlight of the event was the moment when CEO Nguyen Hoang Linh and CHRO Nguyen Ngoc Cuong presented employee badges to each trainee, officially welcoming them as MSBers and marking the start of their professional journey at the bank.

During the ceremony, leaders from various divisions presented Welcome Kits to the trainees as a symbolic beginning of their development journey at MSB. At the same time, appreciation gifts were presented to more than 20 mentors—experienced leaders selected for their expertise, strategic thinking and dedication to guiding young talent.
The ceremony concluded with cheers and bright smiles, opening a new chapter for these young professionals who dare to dream, take action and grow together with MSB in a new era of opportunities.
