1. Promotion Details

• 25% off the total bill (including food and beverages) when paying with a Visa Signature card, applicable every day of the week at participating restaurants, for bills from VND 1,000,000 to VND 3,000,000.
• 50% off the total bill (including food and beverages) when paying with a Visa Signature card, applicable every day of the week at participating restaurants, for bills from VND 3,000,000 or more, with a maximum discount of VND 2,000,000 per bill.

2. Terms & Conditions

a. Reservation Conditions

• Reservations for a minimum of two guests must be made by a Visa Signature cardholder.
• The promotion is valid every day of the week.
• Customers who meet the spending conditions stated in the Promotion Details and pay with a valid card will be eligible for the offer. For the avoidance of doubt, customers will not receive the privilege if the spending conditions are not met or if payment is not made with a valid card.
• Customers may make a new reservation only after completing their current reservation.
• To ensure eligibility, customers must present the valid card (physical or digital) used for the reservation, and the restaurant will verify the card information before payment.

b. Advance Reservation Period

• Reservations should be made at least one day in advance to ensure the best service preparation.

c. Reservation Process

• Reservations must be made through the Visa Vietnam Premium Concierge Hotline (*).
• Reservations made via third-party websites/apps or directly with participating restaurants will not be eligible for the promotion.
• Acceptance or modification of reservations is subject to the restaurant’s operating hours and availability.
• This promotion cannot be combined with any ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers, or other offers at the restaurant.

3. Promotion Allocation

• The promotion is limited to 120 redemptions per week,
• The quota resets every Wednesday.

4. Reservation Cancellation Policy

• Any cancellation or change request (date/time) must be made at least 2 hours before the confirmed reservation time.
• For confirmed reservations, customers may change the dining time up to two times.
• (*) Some restaurants may not apply the promotion during public holidays, festive seasons, or special occasions.

5. Terms and Conditions

• The promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions, discounts, vouchers, or special offers, unless otherwise specified.
• Visa and the service provider reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or modify the promotion and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• The promotion is provided based on information supplied by the service provider. Any complaints or disputes arising from the purchase or intended purchase of goods and/or services under this promotion (“Claims”) must be resolved directly between the cardholder and the service provider. Visa cardholders shall not make claims against Visa.
• In the event of any dispute, Visa’s decision shall be final.
• For the avoidance of doubt, while Visa facilitates this promotion for cardholders, the merchant is the sole provider of the goods and/or services under this offer. By participating, the cardholder acknowledges that any purchase forms a contract directly between the cardholder and the service provider, and Visa is not a party to this contract.
