How can I log in to the MSB mBank application?

To log in to the MSB mBank application, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Open the MSB mBank application

• Download and install the MSB mBank application on your mobile device (available on iOS/Android).

• Launch the application once the installation is complete.

Step 2: Enter your login credentials

• Enter your username and password provided by MSB. (Your initial password will be sent via SMS to your registered mobile number after you complete the service registration.)

• Alternatively, you may log in using a PIN if you have previously set one up.

Important Notes:

• Forgotten Password: Please use the “Forgot Password” function directly on the login screen. (Note: This feature is only available if you have previously logged in successfully on your current device.) Otherwise, please visit the nearest MSB Branch or Transaction Office for assistance.
