I don’t have an MSB account yet. How can I open a Lucky Number Account?

If you are 18 or older, you can open an MSB account online and select your lucky number through these simple steps:

1. Open Online via MSB mBank App

• Step 1: Download the MSB mBank app and select “Open an Account.”

• Step 2: Complete the identity verification (eKYC) by scanning your ID card and performing a face scan.

• Step 3: Select your preferred Lucky Number category:

  • M-Lucky: Personalized based on your date of birth.

  • Feng Shui: Numbers with auspicious meanings.

  • Customized: Any sequence according to your preference. Follow the instructions to register your chosen number.

• Step 4: Set up your E-banking login ID and password to complete the process.

2. At the Branch

Alternatively, you can bring your ID card to the nearest MSB Branch for in-person assistance.

Note: If you are under 18 or your device does not support NFC, please bring your chip-based ID card to the nearest MSB Branch/Transaction Office to open your account.
