Cashback promotion at Golden Gate Group

Promotion Details

MSB credit cardholders will receive a cashback of VND 200,000 for transactions of VND 1,000,000 or more when making payment with an MSB-issued credit card at Golden Gate restaurants on Wednesdays and Fridays during the promotion period.

Terms and Conditions

• Eligible participants are primary cardholders of MSB international credit cards issued by MSB with the first six (06) digits (BIN) specified in the detailed Terms and Conditions of the Program.
• Each customer is entitled to the offer once only throughout the promotion period.
• The Program does not apply to cancelled transactions, transactions arising from system errors, fraudulent transactions, or transactions suspected of program abuse.
• The card account must be valid and in good standing (not blocked, closed, pending closure, expired, etc.) at the time MSB processes the cashback. MSB reserves the right to decline the offer if the card account does not meet these conditions.
• The Program does not apply to cash withdrawals, cancelled transactions, returned/refunded transactions, transactions resulting from system errors, or transactions showing signs of fraud or abuse. The promotion period is calculated according to Vietnam time (GMT+7), based on the transaction posting time recorded in MSB’s system.
• Eligible transactions must: Be conducted within the promotion period; and be successfully posted to MSB’s system no later than 9:00 AM on the third day following the transaction date. The VND conversion rate applied (if any) shall be determined by MSB at the time of transaction data extraction for reward calculation. MSB reserves the right to make the final decision regarding eligible cards and eligible transactions for cashback fulfillment. In the event of any dispute, MSB’s decision shall be final.
• MSB shall not be liable for force majeure events (including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, card processing system failures, etc.) that result in transaction errors, unsuccessful transactions, or failure of transaction data transmission to the Bank’s system.
• MSB reserves the right to debit the card account without prior notice for any cashback amount credited due to system errors or transactions suspected of fraud, forgery, or program abuse.
• MSB reserves the right to use customers’ images and information related to the promotion for marketing and promotional purposes of MSB’s products and services in accordance with applicable regulations.
