Yes. Insurance covers physiotherapy treatment expenses when the treatment is prescribed and deemed medically necessary by a doctor. The reimbursement ranges from VND 50,000 to VND 100,000 per day, up to 60 days per year, applicable to Gold, Platinum, and Diamond plans.

Customers who purchase insurance through MSB may renew their policy within a maximum of 7 days from the expiry date and still be considered a continuous renewal (no waiting period applied). However, the renewed insurance certificate will only take effect from the date the renewal premium is paid.

If a customer has two valid health insurance policies, GIC will reimburse medical treatment expenses within the coverage scope of the policy. The total reimbursement amount will not exceed either the actual medical invoice or the combined benefit limit of the two policies, whichever is lower.
