Along with the development of efficient business operations, Maritime Bank spends a fairly large annual budget for contribution to the community and society through charitable activities, to share difficulties with the misfortune, the disadvantaged, the natural disasters in the country, giving them more confidence and resources to continue living.
From early 2009 to present Maritime Bank has participated in the following the programe:
- Maritime Bank Danang organized "Maritime Bank Blood Donation Day”.
- Spent 115 million VND to buy gifts, visit the especially misfortune children at Central Children's Hospital and Thai Binh province on International Children's Day 1/6.
- Sponsored "Bright Tomorrow” program, being a member of the Board of Funding Campaign to support cancer patients.
- Giving Mid-Autumn Festival gifts for cancer children at Central Children's Hospital.
