1. Mrs. Le Thi Lien - Chairwoman
- Year of birth: 1962
- Qualification: MBA. Mrs. Lien is in the implementation for PhD (a cooperation program between USA and The National University of Hanoi)
Mrs. Lien is on the equity of Vietnam Post and Telecom's behalf (VNPT). She was elected to be the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors in term IV of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2007. Currently, Mrs. Lien is the Manager of Treasury Department of VNPT.

2. Mr. Tran Anh Tuan – Vice Standing Chairman and Chief Excutive Officer.

Mr. Tran Anh Tuan has been Maritime Bank's shareholder since 2004. Mr. Tuan was elected to be the Vice Standing Chairman of Board of Directors in 2007. He has been the Vice Chairman governing since March 2008, and on the 13th of October, 2008, he was approved by Vietnam State Bank as the Vice Standing Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Maritime Bank.

3. Mr. Luu Tuong Giai – Vice Chairman

Mr Luu Tuong Giai is on the equity of General Forwarding and Agency Corporation's behalf (Gemadept). He was elected to be the Vice Chairman in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2007. He is currently the Vice CEO of Gemartrans.

4. Mr Nguyen Huu Duc - Member of Board of Directors

Mr. Nguyen Huu Duc used to work in Vietnam United Maritime. He is one of the senior experts working in Maritime Bank. From 1991 - 1999, he was the Head of Information Technology Department, and after that, Head Administration of Maritime Bank. Mr. Duc was elected to be the Member of Board of Directors of Maritime Bank in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2007. From 2008 to presents, he is the Member of Board of Directors.

5. Mr. Do Van Binh - Member of Board of Directors

- Qualification: Bachelor of Banking Academy.
Mr. Do Van Binh used to work in Agricultural in Bac Giang Province (From 1979 - 1990). He was an officer of Centrall Aquaculture Mechanical Company. From 1997 to present, he is the Director of Vietnam Technology Transfer and Import - Export Company. Mr. Binh has been elected to be the Member of Board of Directors since October, 2008.
